About Jonathan Blenkin

I have 25 years’ experience in the construction industry and a passion for building and good design. I initially learned my trades in central London where I went on to establish my own successful business. In 2006 I moved to Cornwall, and since then I have undertaken a range of quality property development and build projects in Truro and surrounding areas.

Blenkin Building Ltd was established in 2014, and it has grown as quickly as practicable. I have a loyal team of experienced and talented tradesmen whose specialist skills are key to our success. Our reputation for quality, value and reliability is due to the strong working relationships within the team and to our increasing collaboration with exceptional local architects.

I live with my wife Fiona and our four children just outside Truro.

We are committed to safe industry practices and run organised, efficient sites. They are independently risk-assessed and all projects have the necessary Health and Safety Construction Phase Plans.
